ANOTHER DOG GUIDE: Lion Carolee Richardson presented a $6,000 cheque to Lion David Manning, Nova Scotia Director of the Lions Foundation of Canada, to sponsor another CVC dog guide. This is the second dog guide sponsored by the club this year.
A GOOD TIME: Baby Lion Maryanne enjoyed herself at a recent meeting at New Germany.
LIONS QUEST BANNER PATCH: At the 3rd zone meeting held at Riverport,PDG Charles Uhlman, Lions Quest coordinator, presented KL Carolee Richardson of the Bridgewater Lions Club with a banner patch in recognition of that club's financial contribution to the Lions Quest workshops.
DOG GUIDE SPONSORSHIP: Lion President Carolee presented a cheque in the amount of $10,000 to PDG Earl Einarson, Lions Foundation of Canada Director, for the sponsorship of a special skills dog.
BANNER PATCH: Sector Coordinator PCC Mike Gibbons (right) and District Coordinator PCST Gary Langille presented Lion President Carolee with a Topaz banner patch for the club's donation to Campaign SightFirst II
LIONS FOUNDATION OF CANADA AWARD: PDG Earl Einarson, board member for Nova Scvotia, presented the Lions Foundation of Canada trophy to 2007-08 Bridgewater president Lion Carolee Richardson.
BUSY PRESIDENT: KL Chris Bedford was busy preparing for the joing club/zone meeting we hosted on January 20th.
GUEST SPEAKER: Jane Rafuse, Bonny Lea Farm, was guest speaker at the joint club/zone meeting we hosted on January 20th.
